About this notice
Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC (TPS), based in the United States, is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice. It applies to website visitors worldwide, business inquiries, and career introductions and related recruitment correspondence. It explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
These website forms are for initial contact. Employment onboarding, payroll, background checks, and clinical research participation are separate processes with any additional notices required for those activities.
Applicant privacy
TPS uses the information you provide to review your relevant experience, identify suitable opportunities, contact you about recruitment, and manage that correspondence in recruitment records and our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Scroll across the table to view both columns on a smaller screen.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name and email address | Identify your introduction and contact you about recruitment. |
| Preferred work location and area of interest | Understand the opportunities that interest you. Work location is optional; a home address or nationality is not requested. |
| Relevant experience, skills, education and qualifications you choose to provide, including in an emailed CV | Assess your job-related experience against potential roles. |
| Recruitment correspondence and the status of your inquiry | Manage recruitment follow-up and maintain an appropriate record of the process. |
Only your name and email are required to send a career introduction. Other details are optional. Without contact details, we cannot respond; without relevant experience, we may need to ask for further job-related information.
Please do not submit medical or health information. Do not include government identification numbers, banking or payment details, date of birth, photographs, or information about race, religion, family circumstances or other sensitive personal matters. This applies to messages and emailed CVs.
The website does not score applicants or make automated hiring decisions. Sending an introduction does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us to stop recruitment contact at any time by emailing recruitmentdept@tpsglobal.com.
Other information we collect
For study and site partnership inquiries, we collect the name, email, organization, area of interest and message you provide so we can respond and manage the business inquiry. Please do not send patient records or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
Wix, our website and form provider, also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs, to deliver and protect the website and prevent spam. We do not use website browsing activity to evaluate applicants.
Why we use information
Where a lawful basis is required, we use information for the following purposes:
- Responding to career and business inquiries, assessing relevant experience and managing follow-up: our legitimate interests in recruiting suitable people and responding to business requests, balanced against your rights.
- Taking steps toward a particular employment, contractor or business agreement at your request: steps necessary before entering a contract, where that basis applies.
- Protecting the website and maintaining necessary business records: our legitimate interests in security and administration; compliance with applicable legal obligations where required.
- Activities that require consent under applicable law: your consent, obtained before that activity. You may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Who receives information
Information is available to TPS personnel involved in responding to your inquiry or recruitment, and to service providers supporting website hosting, forms, email and CRM storage. Website submissions are processed through Wix Forms and contact records, and routed to the appropriate TPS team by email.
Relevant applicant information may be shared with a TPS client involved in a role you are considering, where needed for that recruitment process and permitted by law. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell information submitted through these forms or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International processing
TPS receives inquiries from people worldwide. Information may be processed in the United States and in countries where our service providers operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Wix states that visitor data may be stored in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel, and other locations needed to provide its services. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its processing and international transfer safeguards.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, these may include an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual protections, including EU standard contractual clauses and the relevant UK or Swiss provisions. Additional local requirements apply where required. Contact Privacy@tpsglobal.com for information about the recipients, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your information, or to request a copy of applicable safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep information for the period needed to handle your inquiry or recruitment process, maintain relevant follow-up, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements or resolve legal claims. The period depends on whether the inquiry or recruitment is active, the last relevant contact, the role and country concerned, and applicable legal retention and limitation periods.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask about the retention period for your record, request deletion, or ask us to stop future recruitment contact using the contact details below. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements.
Protecting information
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes described in this notice and who are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Website cookies

TPS has not configured advertising or retargeting tags on this website.
When you submit an inquiry, we use the information you provide to respond and route your message to the appropriate TPS team. Submitting this form does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technologies needed for essential website functions may affect those functions.
If optional technologies requiring consent are introduced, we will explain their purposes and obtain your choice before activating them, with a way to change that choice.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your information; restrict processing; withdraw consent; or complain to your local privacy regulator. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent or appeal a decision on your request.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and ask us to stop recruitment contact. Email Privacy@tpsglobal.com to exercise your rights. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
